1.처리하는 정보
- 병원 계정의 프로필·게시물 정보와 게시물·계정 통계(조회·좋아요·댓글 수 등)
- 병원 계정 게시물에 달린 댓글과 답글: 작성자의 계정 ID·사용자 이름, 내용, 작성 시각
- 병원 계정으로 보내 온 다이렉트 메시지: 보낸 사람의 계정 ID, 내용, 시각
- 자료를 요청한 분이 병원 계정을 팔로우하고 있는지 여부
- 병원 계정을 언급한 글, 공개 키워드 검색 결과, 공개 프로필 정보
2.이용 목적
- 병원 계정에 글·사진·영상을 게시하고, 게시물 통계로 운영 성과를 확인
- 댓글로 자료를 요청한 분에게 다이렉트 메시지로 자료 링크를 보내고, 중복 발송을 막기 위해 처리 기록을 남김
- 병원 계정 게시물의 댓글·답글을 확인하고 답변
위 정보는 광고 타기팅, 판매, 제3자 제공에 쓰지 않습니다.
3.보관 기간
자료 발송 처리 기록(계정 ID, 요청한 자료, 발송 상태, 시각)은 마지막 처리일로부터 1년 동안 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다. 게시물 통계는 병원 계정의 운영 기록으로 보관합니다. 메타(Instagram·Threads)가 보관하는 댓글·메시지 원본은 메타의 정책을 따릅니다.
4.삭제 요청 방법
앱이 보관한 내 정보의 삭제를 원하시면 아래 중 한 가지로 요청해 주십시오. 확인 후 지체 없이 삭제하고 결과를 알려 드립니다.
- 요청한 계정에서 해당 병원 계정으로 다이렉트 메시지: 「정보 삭제 요청」

- Instagram 또는 Threads 설정의 「앱 및 웹사이트」에서 이 앱을 제거하면 메타가 삭제 요청을 앱에 전달하며, 그 요청도 같은 방법으로 처리합니다.

This notice covers the app "서울이고운치과 SNS 자동화" (Seoul Egowoon Dental SNS Automation), used only on Instagram and Threads accounts operated by Seoul Egowoon Dental Clinic (@seoulegowoon_dental, @oms.chae).
- Data processed: our own profile, posts and insights; comments and replies on our posts (commenter ID, username, text, time); direct messages sent to our accounts (sender ID, text, time); whether a requester follows our account; public posts that mention us, public keyword search results and public profiles.
- Purpose: publishing to our accounts and reviewing their performance; sending a requested resource link by direct message to people who comment a keyword on our posts; reading and replying to comments on our posts.
- Not used for advertising, sale, or sharing with third parties.
- Retention: delivery records (account ID, requested item, status, time) are deleted one year after the last activity.
- Deletion: send "delete my data" by direct message to our account, call +82-31-944-2080, or remove the app in Instagram/Threads settings (Apps and websites). We delete the data without delay and confirm.
